Software Components in VRA 8

In vRA 7.x I am using software components to run PowerShell scripts when the OS is deployed in a particular lifecycle stage.  

What is the equivalent area to do this in vRA 8?  I don't see anything.  I went into Code Stream which seems most likely, but only see the ability for node Js, Python2/3, and Shell for custom integrations.  

Any idea on how to run powershell?

You can run actions, if you use the new ABX actions then you are limited to either Python or Node JS, but with the upcoming release of 8.1 Powershell will be supported as well.

You can also run a vRO workflow, which could run powershell scripts.
