Services Status : "EXISTS"

I am trying to setup vRA 6.2 in distributed mode. When i open the appliance configuration page on port 5480 it shows some of the services as "EXISTS". I am not able to figure out the actual meaning of this message.

Had any one seen this kind of behavior?

Below screenshot is from the primary vRA Appliance.

After some testing i got to the root of this issue. I was using postgres cluster and both nodes were active in the load balancer. When  i removed the passive postgres node from cluster and restarted services, all services registered properly.
