Request initialization failed: Rejecting blueprint

Hi Folks

I am getting this error when I am trying to change VM lease:

Request failed [Error code: 20145 ] - [Error Msg: Request initialization failed: Rejecting blueprint request [0b9d2564-78a2-4c64-b3cb-3c9080137757]. There are other active requests on the corresponding deployment.. I know I have to do something with Postgres but I don't have much experiences to do that.

Are you changing the lease as part of subscription like deployment completed ?
By looking at error message , seems deployment is in not ready state when you triggered the day 2 
Need more information here to suggest
what is the version you are on ?
Is it happening only on this or all deployment ?
was it previously working
