After creating a workflow in orchestrator, then going into vRA to create an extensibility action, there is no way to force vRA to refresh the list of available workflows and the workflow doesn't show up. After waiting for some indeterminate time ( anywhere for me between 5 minutes to 2 hours) for the workflow to show up. Is there some way to force the workflows to refresh?

In service-broker go to Infrastructure > Connections > Integrations > Select your relevant VRO integration window, click open > than click "Start data collection". that all.

I had a similar problem. Changed the name of my workflow and it wouldn't change in Service Broker. "Data collection" didn't help until i went back and 'versioned' my workflow. then after 'data collection' it worked.
