Is it possible to add a hyperlink to a Blueprint's Custom Form?

I know that I can add HTML to the Custom Help of an element, but is there a way to make an element clickable or to add a hyperlink to a Text or Image element? We need to be able to post a link to external KB and policy documents on a Custom Form.

You can now in 7.6. Otherwise it can only be in a signpost.
