Increase timeout of external WF stubs in vRA 6.2 appliance?

The external workflow stubs (BuildingMachine, MachineProvisioned, etc.) are set to use a 30 minute timeout by default. It appears that other people are changing the timeouts via an XML configuration file (see "Example XML configuration file" in this post: Creating State Change Workflows), but all the examples are using a Windows install and the file doesn't appear to exist in the vRA appliance.

Does anybody know how to adjust the timeouts, maybe through custom properties or something?

To anybody else experiencing this issue, I found the file. The XML file is on the IaaS server, at the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\vCAC\Server\ExternalWorkflows\xmldb\ExternalWFStubs.xml
