How to custimize logo in VRA 8.1 workspace one login page

I want to change the logo pics of Workspace one login page. I tried to do it from Identity manager -> Catalog -> setting -> user portal branding -> Welcome screen

Then upload PNG for it,but there was no effective configuration. Could anyone help? Thanks so much

You can change the logo from Identitey & access management > custom Branding > sign in screen
