How are you handling requested VM credentials?

Hi all - running vRA 7.2 and 7.3 in multiple places getting started.

How do you handle the requester gaining access to their VMs after request?  Common credential shared?  Kind of stinks.  I believe at one point I saw a setup to set root password during request but what about Windows?  And rather than set root password, can you create a user in Linux during request?  Anyone using keys with this?

Thanks - this requires the VM be joined to a domain though, yeah?  At what point are you doing that?
