Health Option in vRealize Automation doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I've already deploy and well configured (i think) the vRealize Appliance. I connected it to my vCenter. All the options of my vRealize Automation are available except this one Health in Administration tab:

I set all the network configurations (proxy, etc.) for the vRealize Appliance. I don't now if i had to set others config in the appliance itself or not to access this Health option.

What permissions does the account have with which you're logging in?

Login to the VAMI and check if healthbroker-proxy-server is registered.

You only need to be an IaaS Administrator. Check the status of that service.

If you're using the default tenant, can you using the Administrator account once you grant it IaaS and Tenant Administrator roles? What happens then?

The proxy settings that i've done were correct because:pastedImage_0.pngwhen i click check updates there is no errors.

Those proxy settings should have nothing to do with functionality of the health service. See my previous message.

configurationadmin is the administrator account.

I have already granted it tenant and Iaas Administrator.

But when i logged as configurationadmin, it still doesn't work.

Try to restart the service:  service vrhb-service restart

Also, you probably should go ahead and upgrade the RPMs associated with the health service to avoid an excessive logging condition outlined here.

It's not, it just isn't returning in the shell. Press enter and it should release.
