Entitlement Some Users and Groups can not be found

Jump to solution

Hey all,

I have an issue with a fresh build of the latest vCAC and when it comes to adding users and groups to entitlements I am finding it it is hit and miss with the users and groups that it finds and lets me add even though I have used some of the users and groups for other configurations and it worked properly just seems to be the entitlement that is really giving me grief.  Anyone seeing this and if so what did you do to get past this?

Thanks

Steve

Well it found a user when adding to the Business Group that I was having some grief with in the entitlement but still could not find a specific AD group I was looking for but the custom group was found  and I was able to add that to the business group as well as the Entitlements.  The user that I was struggling with showed up in Entitlements once added to the Business Group.  Good tip Thanks!!
