EBS subscription not firing on Deployment resource action completed

Event Based Subscription

I am attempting to trigger a WF using an event based subscription based on event: "Deployment resource action completed" with a filter targeting a day 2 action: "event.data.actionName == "Resize Boot Disk". The reason being is the resize boot disk only does the VMDK and the WF will extend the volume. However all my attempts have failed; the event never triggers the subscription. Not sure why but if anyone has ideas that would be very helpful

Have you tried removing the subscription filter to see if it fires for that day-2?  Even if it just calls a test WF that just logs something for example.

I am not sure about the built-in RAs but for custom ones the display name and the name are separate fields.  I wonder if the actual name of the "Resize Boot Disk" is something like ResizeBootDisk instead?  If you can get the sub to fire in general, then maybe you can inspect the payload to confirm the name of the action?
