Delete ghost VM

Due to an extensibility failure a deployment update action failed (while increasing the number of VMs).

Now we have a ghost VM in the deployment that is nonexistent on vSphere and cannot be deleted from the deployment, with the error message when trying to get rid of:

Internal Server Error [Error Reference ID: ed70c41e-2f0a-4b93-8907-887f54e9ff48]
