Customize RHEL6 fails

I can't customize the IP address of RHEL6 through vRA as follows:

• Error message

   Request failed: Machine vra58: CustomizeVM : [CustomizeVM_Task] - fault.CustomizationPending.summary.

• Settings of blueprint

I can customize the IP address of RHEL6 though vCenter without vRA.

Is there anyone who knows hints to resolve this?

Sorry. I solved this problem by myself. The preparation for customizing OS including Guest Agent and customization spec was incorrect.
