Hi,

which error message?

The new owner needs to be part of the appropriate business group of the VM to be allowed as new owner.

Greets,

Sascha

Hi,

is it possible to get the error message?

Maybe it's also possible to get a screenshot of your business group settings and the Edit dialog.

Changing the owner by th UI is sometimes very tricky. If the new owner is not directly added to a business group (as user) but only by a group membership, it won't work reliable.

If you're using groups, try to add the business group manager user directly to the business group settings and afterwards, try to change owner again.

Greets,

Sascha

Does both the user part of Entitlement? Else you might run into issues.
