Can we create Storage Cost profile for Hyper-V Storage Volumes

We are integrating Hyper-V to VCAC.

We have assigned storage cost profiles to Hyper-V Computing and Storage resources .

It sounds like you have answered your own questions.  Yes you can.  vCAC normalizes the infrastructure so you can assign the same vCAC constructs across platforms.  vSphere or Hyper-V compute resources are compute resources.  Cost Profiles and Storage Cost profiles apply to them both the same.
