We have a workflow running in vro 8 for automated customizing vm names. This workflow generates specific hostnames with the given parameters. We trigger the workflow by an extensibility subscription and write the hostname with the recourceName array back to vra. This is working fine with VMs deployed in our vSphere environment.
Now we want to do the same thing with VMs deployed in Azure. But this does not work with the same way. The Azure deployment ignores the hostname.
Is there any way to achieve this? We didn't find any documentation. We use vRA 8.8.1 with embedded vro.
