That's expected behaviour.... Theoretically it's meant to provide a level of traceability, but it's a bit of a pain. You can set the advanced search filter to only show active policies which removes the clutter from the UI.

I just createed the policy and active it,but not be attached to any service item.Even in this case I cannot delete,modify it. :smileyconfused::smileyconfused:

Tenant Admin or users with approval admin privilege can create the approval policy , Please login as tenant admin try to delete the approval policy in this case.

Yeah, the user login is already a tenant admin.I think it would not a user's privilege lead to this problem:smileycry:. Is there any other reason
