After not starting up VCAC in a while now I am getting this error when I attempt to look around

Try restarting the vCloud Automation Center Service and the vCloud Automation Center Management Agent service on the IAAS Server.

The machine you're using to access vRA doesn't trust the IaaS certificate. Navigate to https://you.iaas.box and trust the cert. You should then be fine.
