I have been creating VCO workflows all morning and publishing them to VCAC. On one particular workflow (Which was copied and modified from the others that work) The request form does not load. On the web page I get in red "Failed to retrieve form from provider" In the catalina.out log, I get the below. Any idea how to correct the situation?
