Add vRealize Business License

Hi,

I'm trying to add a license for vRB, I can get to the business management tab but when I put in the serial number and hit save nothing happens. Out of interest there is a loading icon (spinning wheel) on the page.

I've tried this in Firefox, Chrome and IE. I've also restarted vRB & vRA - no difference.

Any thoughts?

On my initial integration I had some issues. Restarting the entire vRA application stack resolve them for me.

I've tried restarting vRA, vRB, IAAS, SQL... no joy.

Did you check the catalina.out log file on the vRA application server or the logs in /var/log/vrb on the vRB appliance?

Not seeing anything in catalina.out. But getting the following in the vRB log - itfm-vca-dc.log

Sorted - I was applying the wrong license - when I attempted with the correct one, the screen refreshed and shows me everything now.
