Regards,
what exact step and page # are you on in the document ?
I am finished creating and publishing blueprint, up to your document P. 104.
Let me ask you my question differently. If I am asked to integrate Active Directory into vCAC, what are the precise steps in your document?
Does the question mean starting from page 61 and completing all steps till P. 104?
Thanks.
You will need to either configure the default tenant or a tenant you have added to use some sort of AD connection. Native AD authentication is an option you can use to make sure you cover any of the trusted domains in your area. Before doing so, I believe you will also need to make sure the vCAC appliance is joined to the AD as well.
Do you know what screen AD Authentication Option?
Have steps of joining vCAC appliance to AD? Thanks
If you logon to the Identity Appliance's URL https://<YOUR ID Appliance>:5480 using root and the corresponding password, navigate to the SSO tab and there to Active Directory (second from the right hand side), you can join the IA to the AD.
To configure the AD within the tenant, logon to the tenant using administrator@vsphere.local and password for that account. Then edit the tenant you wish to be using AD, continue and edit the identity store you have added or use the default one if you did not add an id store. Depending on what type of AD authentication you want to utilize, penter the required information and unless you use Native AD Authentication, test the connection first to make sure it works before saving it.
Thanks, sorry for the delay!
