AD Policy is empty, but still error: No policy with id 'null' found

We have two vRA 7.6 Business Groups with nothing in de Active Directory Policy field.
Let's say BG-1 and BG-2.

For each BG, there is a blueprint to deploy a VM, based on Cloning. They both have the same vCenter VM Template and the same Customization Spec entered in the blueprint.

Now, when we deploy a new VM from BG-1, the VM is deployed and joined to the AD, based on the Cust.spec.

When we deploy a new VM from BG-2, the vRO workflow "Add Machine to active directory (Event Broker)" throws an error:
No policy with id 'null' found. Error: InternalError: Invalid argument. (Dynamic Script Module name : getPolicyConfig#4) (Dynamic Script Module name : getPolicyConfig#6)

Note that for BG-1, this workflow is not even started. While for BG-2 it is called and failed due to no policy.

And also, there is no manually created Event Broker Subscription that calls that workflow.

solved.

there was an empty custom property ext.policy.activedirectory.id in one of the blueprints.
