A Request for the Community...

I have a small request for the community.  First, I want to thank everyone for making the automation community one of the best group to be a Moderator in.  For that I really want to say thank you.  With that said, I am seeing more and more threads where a thread gets started about an issue and then you start to see more people comment in the thread that they are seeing the exact same symptoms.  In one thread particular, a person asked a question, other chimed in but ended up getting their issue resolved with VMware support and post that much in the thread.  The way I see things is that there are mainly two reason that each of you are here.

1. You are looking for a solution to an issue

2. You like to share your successes and knowledge with others

I know we all are very busy but there is so much collaboration that can be done here with some very smart people but we all need to contribute.  If you had to go to support to resolve and issue, please share what was done  with as much detail as you can.

What this boils down to is my request from everyone is to share your knowledge and experience so we can all learn from it and most importantly so we can all search and find a wealth of information when we need it.

Thank you for this moment and I am stepping off mu soapbox now
