vMotion failed with IBM X3650 M3

Currently I use two IBM  x3650 M3 server with Xeon E5620 CPU.VT function is enable.

Perform vMotion failed and error messages are as follows

"The CPU of the host is incompatible with the CPU feature requirements of the virtual machine; problem detected at CPUID level 0x1 register 'ecx' "

How to solve this problem?Thanks for your help.

Just as you said,the problem is CPU AES function not match.
