vMotion Fails: Already Exists

Hello all,

We're running vSphere Update 1 (yes...I know).  One of our VMs on a host fails with the following error when it tries to vMotion:

"A general system error occurred.  Failed to initialize migration at source.  Error 0xbad0005.  Already exists."

I've restarted service mgmt-vmware and service vmware-vpxa but the VM still will not migrate.

I did find the following KB article that describes a similar error,

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=102178...

Should following the steps in the above KB article fix the problem?  Is there another way to get vMotion working for this VM?
