vCenter client svmotion default settings

Greetings,

Is there anyway we can change what the default settings in the vmotion wizard? Specifically the disk format dialog that defaults to "same format as source". I'd like to change this to default to "Thin Provisioned format".  I doubt this is possible but you never know!

this would have to be a feature request since it's coded into the product.  If enough people want this functionality, it could make it into future products.

using VC it is not possilbe as of now.. but if you are good in powershell scripting then you can avail this option in your own way..
