Dell server is a PowerEdge R710, with two E5520 2.26 GHz Xeon processors

IBM x3650 7979AC1 Xeon 5160 3.0 GHz

IBM x3650 797971G Xeon 5160 3.0 GHz

Hi BlackKnight,

From this kb, 51xx Series and 55xx Series should support Intel® Xeon Core2 EVC Mode.
