I have a cluster with 4 host and 1 vcenter, I need to make maintenance of one host where is a Vcenter, the questions is, ¿I can migrate vcenter server to other host in the same cluster, is a compute vmotion.
You can easily migrate it from one host to another. Right click on it and choose if you need to migrate only the compute resource , the storage , both ... By default it is showing the high priority vMotion to migrate them. In case you are changing the storage resources you will need to migrate it to another vmfs datastore. Hope that helps.
