How many resource pools we can create within a resource pool

Please take a look at "Cluster and Resource Pool Maximums" in http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vsphere5/r55/vsphere-55-configuration-maximums.pdf

However, also keep in mind that each Resource Pool puts load on the ESXi host, because of resource management and calculations.
