How do I Storage VMotion a single vmdk in 4.1, when the Guest has 11 total vmdk's?

VSphere 4.1 Cluster, W2K8 R2 Guest running SQL 2008 R2. It has 11 vmdks on 6 LUNS. I need to relocate 5 of these vmdks to separate LUNS.

I tried to use Storage VMotion through the VSphere GUI, but it seems to want to move all 11 vmdk files to the same LUN which is not large enough to hold them all and then fails to move any of them.
