How I can enable vMotion?

After clicked Migate on vSphere, it gave me a message: enalbe vMotion if I want to migate a VM to different storage and Host meanwhile. please see the picture. How vMotion can be enabled.

Configuration Tab--Networking VMernel port, edit, put a check next enable vMotion.
