DRS and Memory

I have a vsphere 4 ESXi environment. I have noticed that my memory load is not balanced. I have 4 esxi boxes 3 with 128GB of memory and the 4 with 196GB. The 3 with 128GB is running between 90 - 95% memory usage, and the one with 196GB is running less that 20%. DRS is configured fully automated with the migration threshold in the middle. I have played with moving it to more aggressive but doesn't seem to help. My CPU load is well balanced. I guess the question I am asking is should DRS also balance the Memory load, and if it is supposed to how do I go about troubleshooting this.

Ok found my anwser. Looks like DRS uses the metrics Host Memory: Active to determine whether or not it is going to initiate vmotion. I was looking at Host Memory: Consumed Metrics. Makes sense know that I know.
