Hi anyone encounter whereby the automatic report date is different from what is selected? (the report will be sent on 14th of every month despite it has been configured to send on 28)
Can you open an SR on this issue? I've seen cases where the automatic report is not sent, but generated at the correct day and time. The issue you mentioned about the report being generated and send on the wrong day has not been observed.
Out of curiosity, what is the current date/time of your Usage Meter appliance? Is it off by ~14 days?
Hi it is off by 7 days it is configured to sent on 28 of every month but the email was only sent on 5 of the next month
