I can't download version 3.3. Are there any requirements on my VMware Account?

Should not be. Please file a support ticket if this is still is an issue.
had the same problem, found a workaround:
- log in
- go to downloads -> all products
- you should be now on url https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/downloads#tab2
- change it in browser address bar to: https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/get-download?downloadGroup=UMSV33 -> enter
hurry up because the vmware download portal will change its mind every few days :smileygrin:
