Usage meter 3.3.2 and vCloud Director 5.5

Hi,

I'm trying to configure vCloud Usage Meter to report our usage stats. I've been able to add vCenter to the products list, however when I try to add vCloud Director I get the following error: "Could not obtain certificate".

vCloud Director is installed, and working correctly, I have used self-signed certificates as this is an internal development system. I don't believe this should be a problem though, as i have also used self-signed certificates for the venter which has been added correctly.

Any help on how to troubleshoot this problem would be most appreciated.

Phil,

Is it possible for you to post the support logs from the um.  We will see if we can find any leads there. Thanks
