Just installed 3.6.1. All seems well except the emails to um-reports@vmware.com are rejected when they get to the "VMWARE" servers. They leave my mail servers fine. Anyone know what they are looking for to validate?

Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept email from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.

Even sending directly to um-reports@vmware.com from my outlook.com account gets blocked. Or from my general work email account.

However, depending on the rule's conditions, it's possible that the only way to deliver the message is to change the rule itself, and only an email admin at onevmw.onmicrosoft.com can do that. I've been told the issue is resolved. It had to do with a change being made to VMware's email services. If you are still getting the message, its fine as all emails are coming in.
Is this still happening? If so, could you do me a favor and try to email um-reports@vmware.com from your own email? Just a test email. Let me know if that goes through.
