Upgrade 3.3.2 to 3.3.3

Please excuse the simplicity of this question.

In KB 2114239 it says to download the bundle to the root of the appliance.

  • Download the upgrade bundle zip file to the appliance root folder.

How do I do this.  I have downloaded it into a windows folder, but trying to connect via putty or WinSCP i get a "connection refused" error.  I guess SSH is not enabled?

Once there - to unzip the zip file, it is as simple as typing

  • Unzip <upgrade-bundle>.zip

then the instruction is

  • Open the unzipped folder and run update-um

To open the upzip file is it cd blah blah blah?

and I am guessing this is all done in the putty session?

Again sorry for the simplicity of these questions.

Thanks

Found a way...

Log onto console and run service sshd start

Logged on via WinSCP and copied file.

Then followed this:  Updating USM 3.3.0 to 3.3.1

Note that a Capital U will not work in unzip ...   and you need the ./ before typing update-um

Hope this helps some other non unix user!
