We briefly had the wrong zip file posted. Sorry about that! For the current one:

Update the 3.2 or 3.3.0 Appliance Using the Patch File

1. Transfer the patch file, usage-meter-331-update.zip to /root in the appliance
2. unzip usage-meter-331-update.zip
3. cd usage-meter-331-update
4. ./update-um

Just another question: what's the correct way to find Usage Meter downloads? I found the update using Google IIRC but when searching for Usage Meter in MyVMware downloads I get the answer "No results. Revise the search and try again."
