Typically blank reports is due to either a License Set not being created, or the Customers not having rules applied to them.
Make sure that you've created a License Set:
- Enter a name for your license set and click new
- Select the licenses to be associated with the set in the field below
Apply Rules to your customers:
- Set the desired customer by entering their name in the Customer field and pressing Enter
- Select the objects you want to associate to the selected customer from the vSphere Inventory tree
- You can select higher level objects to associate all VMs below that object to the customer
- You may also select individual VMs
- After selecting the desired object click "Create"
