Reports in formats CSV, how can i change it?

Hi, first message, how can i change the format of the reports sent to email every months, I have a few customers (I'm a agreggator) what send the reports in TSV, my people, can se, with out problem, but, We have a few who sends the reports in CSV and is very unreadable (?) so, how can i change the formats in the system, touching something in the OS, may be?

Reports in UM v2.3 onward are exported as a tab separated file because of the incorporation of customers who have commas in the name (i.e. "New Co, Inc.").

Most spreadsheet applications are able to view both formats.  What are you viewing the CSV file in?
