Replaced VCSA certificate - now cant monitor

Hi we have UM 3.6.1 and 4.3 in test mode, today we replaced the vCenter machine certificate and can no longer meter this vCenter.

3.6.1 Error: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Access to perform the operation was denied

4.3 Error: Collection error (Exception in getLicenses())

We have accepted the new certificate on both Usage Meters, tried deleting the vcenter target and re-adding with the same issue.

Any ideas?

To follow up a reboot of the VCSA fixed the problem

Did you restart the VCSA appliance or services after replacing the certs?
