I recently installed the vCloud Usage Meter. It has been running for over three days (from 7/8/11 to 7/11/11) but has only collected a single hour of data for the 10 o'clock hour on 7/8/11. All of the other hours since that time are grey in the web interface indicating "Information Unavailable".
Has anybody else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

I would be interested to see the logs for this time period. On the appliance, can you go to /opt/vmware/cloudusagemeter/logs and look at collector.log for one of the failed polls and let me know what you see?
