I get the above message when trying to send my test message. This did (and does) work with the old setup. Why would this have stopped working with the exact same settings? Is there something I need to change on the Usage Meter?

How do I do that? Externally speaking, the IP addresses are the same, so it would think it was the same server... I think

You could also open an issue with GSS, who may have ideas.
The problem here was that user and password should not be specified for this SMTP server.
Thanks Dave and Tyler! So wierd that it acts differently in the two, but the fact that its an internal relay sending within the domain, it makes perfect sense!
