Hi,
The vCenter connection works. But the vROM is not identified.
No vCAC Objects are collected.
Has anyone a working environment like this?
Hi,
I´m facing the same issue.I see all the vCenter VM´s but I do not have a clue where I can see anything from vCAC.
Did you solve that ?
I just update to 3.3.2 but still same issue.
Thanks
I have generated a support bundle and I can see the following error:

Hello,
today I have migrated to v3.4 and vCAC works now.
But vROPs has still an isseue:
Unable to collect License edition. Error: Error in getting VRops <IP> Edition
the vROPs Server is identified via vCenter and I only added the Credential (Log says "Credential Valid").
Any ideas?
Kind Regards,
Markus
Hi. I’m sorry to hear this isn’t working. What’s the exact vRealize Operations version, please?

Hi,
we are using vROPs 6.0.2.
Our License is not set via vCenter. Its intalled directly via vROPs GUI.
Kind Regards,
Markus
We’re investigating. Thanks.
OK, Thanks.
Hello @dbriccetti,
was it possible to reproduce the issue?
GSS and we developers are working it with another service provider (or is it you?). You might want to create a support case with GSS. It might speed things up. You can reference SR 15723426108.
OK, Thanks.
No It's not me...
But I have created another SR for the problem with the reference to the existing case.
We are able to reproduce this, and are working on a solution. Thanks, all, for the details of the problem.
