I opened an SR through the Partner Portal and received the following after 4 days
"Regarding your question about vCloud usage meter. I do not show this product to be an active product with VMware. I show this was a beta product about a year ago. Is this a product you are using as a beta? If so, we are not going to be able to provide support for your issue.
If not, are you using something that you acquired as part of a broader product set? If so, what product does this reside in? "
