vShield Manager OVA File download?

I'm looking to download the vShield Manager virtual machine packaged as an Open Virtualization Appliance (OVA) file. Is it the open source download I need? I must be looking right at it and not seeing it?

I was told because I have Enterprise plus licensing I need vShield Zones? Is this the only version that will work with my license? I'm not seeing the difference between the two?

Yes I mistakenly thought my enterprise plus license entitled me to this product but I found out I still need additional license. These are the correct downloads.
