vCNS Endpoint integration with vCloud 5.5

Hi,

Can anyone confirm that vCNS Endpoint integrates with vCloud 5.5 as I remember vCloud director 5.1 not being integrated with app,datasecurity and endpoint at one point and I don't want to hit this limitation for a new engagement??

Hi,

   As far as I know, there are no new features or enhancements to vCloud Director 5.5 related to the vShield suite components. So whatever limitations you were hitting with vCD 5.1 would probably be there in 5.5 as well. As a footnote, there is a way (unsupported!) you can integrate Endpoint with vCD which involves changing a vCD parameter to issue a new UUID for each VM provisioned.
