when attempting to access the web interface via browser - the page times out and as part of show tech-support I can see entries like:
VC exception:; nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException
Inventory attempting to connect to VC because nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException
but apart from that restarting appliance is not an option so I need help troubleshooting.
from the Appliance console how can I check status of the web service components? or find cause?
