Share the files in windows 7 to vmware windows xp

in my  windows 7 pc i installed vmware and in that i installed windows xp.

how can i share the files in windows 7 to vmware windows xp

HI chvamsi,

I assume you have installed VMware Workstation. In workstation. Select the VM (windows XP) --> Edit Settings --> Options Tab (second tab) --> Shared Folders. Enable the Shared Folders and then you would be able to share a folder directly between windows 7 (Host OS) to windows XP (guest OS).
