Rebuilt host grayed out in vCNS Manager

I have a host running ESXi 5.1 U1 that was running the vCNS 5.5 app firewall appliance. Long story short, I had to rebuild this host without being able to remove the firewall appliance beforehand. Now the host shows as grayed out in the vCNS manager inventory and when I try to install the app firewall, it fails with "Invalid operation. Page cannot be displayed."

Is there a way to get this host recognized correctly again in vCNS Manager so I can re-deploy the firewall appliance?

Same issue here with Endpoint component, using vShield web interface.

I did removed Endpoint component before re-installing the server.

I have the same error "Invalid operation. Page cannot be displayed."
